5. Wout Weghorst
The Dutch striker joined Manchester United during the January Transfer window on loan from Besiktas. Although, he has not scored lots of goals, Weghorst has been a key feature for Man United and his presence has evidently improved Man United as a team.
4. Joao Felix
Joao Felix Saw a first goal ruled out for offside before finishing Enzo Fernandez's pass with ease from close range with very accomplished placement into the corner. Not quite as relentless a threat as he was against Fulham but undoubtedly raises Chelsea's level in attacking areas.
3.Cody Gakpo
Cody Gakpo joined Liverpool on the first day of the 2023 January transfer window from PSV Eindhoven for a fee of around £40M. He had recently returned from the World Cup in Qatar where he had scored in each of Netherlands group games.
He had scored 55 goals in 159 appearances during his 5 and half year spell for PSV's senior team. A native of Eindhoven he had joined the club as a youngster.

The Belgian attacker has been immense for Arsenal since he joined in January from Brighton and Hove Albion. It is as if he has been in the team for a longer period and no doubt, Trossard has definitely brought in a new dimension to Arsenal’s burgeoning goalscoring attacking lineup.
